Shirt Gift Card Holders

These shirt gift card holders are super cute and easy to make.  Did I mention the
best part?  They only require a 6 x 12 piece of paper, scoreboard and bone folder!
Adhesive is not even required!!

Recipe
6 x 12 piece of cardstock
scoreboard
bone folder

There is a lot of scoring and folding.

Scoring on the short end:
1 1/2 and 4 1/2

Rotate and score:
3/4, 1 1/2, 2 3/4, 5 1/5, 6 3/4, 8

Steps
1. On the short end, fold the 1 1/2" and 4 1/4" in towards the center
2. With the short end at the top, fold the 3/4" score away from you
3.  Next, we will form the collar.  1/2" from either side of the center
     fold the tip to the center at the 1 1/2"  score line.  Press.
4.  Valley fold the 51/2" score
5.  Mountain fold 6 3/4" score
6.  Valley fold 8" score
7.  At the 9 3/4" center, diagonally fold to the bottom tip and fold out. 
This will form the sleeve.
8.  The bottom will fold up and slide under the collar.
